Description
The office of Residence Life was experiencing some difficulties communicating who they are, what they do and how they differ from the Housing department. Several pieces were created after a series of collaborative branding, messaging and goal exercises.

Goal
Clarify they’re role in the student experience, increase visibility on campus and improve staff recruitment efforts.

Elements
To draw more attention to their physical location on campus, and provide a welcoming experience for visiting students, a large stand banner was created for outside their office.

To better articulate their role in the student experience, and the goal of each residential community and help communicate the value of living on campus, we created an info-sheet for each residential experience, and one outlining the mission, vision and values of the department.

The final piece was to create to create a branded folder for Residence Life to include all their information in to aid in their recruitment efforts, and distribute during training and conferences.
